1. Acceptance and identification of samples (1) Accept the acceptance of the integrity of the samples and the suitability of the test requirements; check and record the product name, specification, batch number, production unit and other information; add sample identification, identification content: uniqueness Number and status (to be inspected, inspected, checked, and sampled), and registered one by one. Maintain uniqueness and traceability of sample identification. (2) If there is any inconsistency or information in the sample before the inspection, it should contact the inspection office or the entrusting party in time to obtain the instructions before conducting the inspection or retreating. Questions cannot be brought into the test. 2. Storage and storage of samples (1) Samples should be stored in suitable sample storage areas. Microbiological samples should be stored in a cool and dry place. Samples that need to be refrigerated should be stored in the refrigerator, and the temperature and humidity of the stored environment should be strictly monitored and recorded. (2) Samples should be properly kept during transmission and inspection to avoid damage and loss. If there is any accident or loss, it should be explained and traced. (3) Pay attention to the sample retention and environmental monitoring records according to the retention management regulations and microbial stability requirements. 3. Pre-inspection treatment (1) When preparing for the experiment, remove the sample outer packaging and transfer the unique identification of the sample to the smallest package or container of the sample with a suitable waterproof pen to prevent confusion during the inspection. (2) Before the sample is sent to the sterile room, the outer surface of the sample is disinfected by using a suitable disinfecting solution, and the sterile room is entered after 30 minutes of ultraviolet irradiation in the stream. (3) Pay attention to timely transfer the unique number of the sample to the container of each step in the inspection to ensure the uniqueness and correctness of the experimental results. 4. The confidentiality and security of the sample protect the confidentiality and interests of the customer, and the personnel at all levels of the sample, accessories and related information shall be responsible for maintaining their integrity and confidentiality.
