Hot and cold impact refrigeration systems and compressors:

In order to ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature of the test chamber, this test chamber adopts a binary cascade Freon refrigeration system composed of French Taikang compressors. The cascade system includes a high pressure refrigeration cycle and a low pressure refrigeration cycle. The connection vessel is an evaporative condenser. The function of the evaporative condenser is to use a low pressure circulating evaporator as a high pressure circulating condenser.

The design of the refrigeration system uses energy-adjustment technology. An effective treatment method can ensure that the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system can be effectively regulated under the normal operation of the refrigeration unit and the operating cost of the refrigeration system can be maintained. And the failure has dropped to a more economical state.

Hot and cold impact cooling working principle:

The high-low refrigeration cycle adopts the reverse Cascade cycle. The cycle is composed of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The process is as follows: The refrigerant is compressed adiabatically by the compressor to a higher pressure, and the power is consumed to increase the temperature of the exhaust gas. After that, the refrigerant is heat exchanged with the surrounding medium via the condenser isothermally to transfer heat to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant through the shut-off valve adiabatic expansion work, when the refrigerant temperature decreases. This cycle is repeated to achieve cooling.

Refrigerant: Use R404A (low pressure circulation), R23 (high pressure circulation) environmental protection refrigerant.
