After more than two years and four industrial trials, Sinopec Jinan Branch successfully developed high-speed BOPP special materials, which created conditions for companies to adapt to market changes and adjust product structure. According to the traditional theory, BOPP, as a high-performance polypropylene production material, can only be produced using the double-loop process. There is no precedent for the production of single-loop pipe, and the single-loop process is used to produce the film. The line speed is up to 380 meters. More than a minute of high-speed BOPP special material is considered impossible. In July 2004, the Jinan branch and the Beijing Chemical Research Institute jointly undertook the high-speed BOPP special-purpose material project. They consulted a large amount of data and repeated research. On the basis of continuous deepening of tests and improvement of data, the film was drawn from November 16 this year, and a color printing film with a thickness of 18μ was produced on the 20th, and the production process was stable without breaking the film. The test results show that the speed of the high-speed BOPP special materials produced by Jinan Branch can reach 413m/min, the film thickness is uniform, and the quality is fully up to standard. Compared with other similar products, it has the advantages of good stiffness and high tensile strength, reaching domestic Leading level.
